Hydraulic telescopic boom type marine lifting machinery is a device provided by ships for loading and unloading goods. It is mainly used for maritime transport ships, with components including a telescopic boom, rotating mechanism, lifting device, power device, and hydraulic system. The crane can achieve 360-degree free rotation lifting.

• The crane can withstand a comprehensive inclination angle of 5.38° (standard sea conditions) for the ship, reaching 8.96° in Pugh wind level 6.
• Built-in oil cylinder expansion and contraction provide reliable performance with better anti-corrosion plated oil cylinders.
• The sealed structure prevents corrosion in humid environments, protecting internal components.

Process Treatment:

Strict surface anti-corrosion treatment due to marine crane use in salt spray environments. All shaft components are chrome plated, and structural components are painted with epoxy zinc rich primer, cloud iron intermediate paint, and polyurethane acrylic topcoat.
