1. Comprehensive External Surface Treatment of Marine Cranes Due to prolonged exposure to humid and salty marine environments, the surface anti-corrosion treatment requirements for marine cranes are significantly more stringent compared to other crane types.
2. Superior Chrome Plating for All Shaft Components The outer surface of structural components undergoes a meticulous process involving the application of three paint layers: an epoxy zinc-rich primer, cloud iron intermediate paint, and a polyurethane acrylic topcoat. Following thorough machine debugging, a final layer of polyurethane acrylic topcoat is applied, achieving a robust factory paint film thickness of 210-280um.
Given the constraints of current production and processing technologies, galvanizing of structural components has fallen short of expected standards. Consequently, we utilize advanced spraying techniques for superior anti-corrosion treatment.
