3) The overall structure of the crane is sealed to prevent the influence of humid environments. The internal key components are well protected, achieving the purpose of corrosion prevention.

Process treatment:

1. External surface treatment of marine cranes due to the long-term use of marine cranes in humid salt spray environments, the requirements for surface anti-corrosion treatment are stricter than other types of cranes.

2. All shaft components are chrome plated the outer surface of structural components is sprayed with three layers of paint: epoxy zinc rich primer, cloud iron intermediate paint, and polyurethane acrylic topcoat. After the whole machine is debugged, polyurethane acrylic topcoat is sprayed, and the factory paint film thickness reaches 210-280um.

Due to the limitations of production and processing conditions, the galvanizing of structural components cannot achieve the expected goals, so the method of galvanizing is no longer used for anti-corrosion treatment, but is ensured by spraying technology.
