Process Treatment:
1. External Surface Treatment of Marine Cranes Due to the crane's constant exposure to humid, salt-spray environments, it requires rigorous surface anti-corrosion treatment compared to other crane types.
2. All shaft components undergo chrome plating The structural components' outer surface is treated with a three-layer paint system: epoxy zinc-rich primer, cloud iron intermediate paint, and a polyurethane acrylic topcoat. After full machine calibration, it is re-coated with a polyurethane acrylic topcoat, ensuring a factory paint film thickness of 210-280um.
Production and processing limitations make structural component galvanizing impractical, so we use advanced spraying technology for effective anti-corrosion treatment.
